Delivery:By law, all wine deliveries must be signed for by an adult over the legal drinking age (21+). Therefore, we cannot leave packages on your doorstep, and we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Ship to States:We offer shipping services to every state where legal. By law, we cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah.
Lead Time:Our orders are fulfilled through other licensed retailers in Arizona, Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Jersey, which can lengthen delivery times. All orders to these states will ship ground which is generally 5-10 days. Flat rate shipping via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground for states other than AK and HI (additional rates apply). Orders are shipped from our Napa, California fulfillment center.

Order Processing:
Orders received before 4pm PST will ship the next business day, otherwise ships the following business day. If you need to ship overnight, please plan accordingly and order a full day in advance of the day you need the order to ship. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent by email the following day.
Wine club shipments are processed on the 17th of each month and will ship the next business day (see The Cellar Wine Club).
Legalities:
You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order with eco.love Wines you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states, and if you willfully misrepresent your age or the age of the recipient, eco.love Wines will cooperate with authorities to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.
eco.love Wines makes absolutely no suggestions or intimates the right of any person to import nor export alcoholic beverages across state and/or international boundaries. All alcoholic beverages apportioned through eco.love Wines are sold in California. eco.love Wines also reserves the right to arbitrate any and all procedures in packaging and arranging for shipment of merchandise. In addition, eco.love Wines assumes no liability for any misinterpretation of the above provisions. eco.love Wines is not liable for any damages to goods caused by weather conditions and other "Acts of God" during transportation. Because weather conditions can change drastically at any time, we also assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation. "Acts of God" include catastrophes such as, but not limited to: plane crashes, unforeseeable delays or accidents, destruction due to domestic and international unrest (i.e. riots, war, public enemies) confiscation, quarantine or natural disaster. The experienced staff of the shipping department at eco.love Wines takes every precaution to insure safe transit of goods requested by our customers.
The Cellar (Wine Club):
The Cellar’s recurring orders will ship monthly on the 17th of each month or the next following business day if on a non-business day. Credit cards will be charged at the time of shipment. You may cancel your membership at any time prior to a monthly shipment.
The Cellar orders ship via standard Ground service for a flat rate of $10.
